Lead UX Designer

Responsible for UX strategy and organization-wide design system governance. Leads design teams, mentors designers, and engages with executive stakeholders to align UX strategy with business objectives.

Expected tasks

  • Conduct user research (interviews, tests, analysis)
  • Design wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
  • Run co-design workshops
  • Maintain and evolve the design system
  • Collaborate with dev and product on the final delivery
  • Test usability before and after release
  • Document design choices and best practices
