Open positions
Digital marketing and community management intern
Internship, Full remote, Fast start possible, 4 to 6 month duration.
Mission
You support the build out of our organic acquisition and our social presence, the goal is to make Traject known among freelancers, employees in transition and HR partners, with credible and useful content.
Responsibilities
- Co build and run the editorial calendar on LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, with a culture of regular tests.
- Write posts, carousels, short video scripts, in line with the brand voice, sober, factual, no over selling.
- Run day to day community management, reply to comments and messages, surface high signal conversations.
- Track key indicators, impressions, engagement, clicks, sign ups, and propose weekly trade offs.
- Contribute to ad hoc growth operations, invite campaigns, creator partnerships, online events.
Who we are looking for
- Background in marketing, communication, business school or equivalent program, bachelor to master level.
- A first experience, internship, apprenticeship or personal project, in social media or content creation.
- Strong written French, solid professional English, Spanish is a plus.
- Analytical mindset, you can read basic numbers and turn them into concrete decisions.
- Autonomy, rigor, ability to organize your week without constant supervision.

- Internship allowance according to the legal grid, equipment provided if needed.
- Direct access to the founding team, perspective of a full time offer at the end of the internship if the fit is confirmed.

Data science intern
Internship, Full remote, Fast start possible, 4 to 6 month duration.
Mission
You contribute to the intelligence layer of Traject, career path analysis, training and job recommendations, fit scoring, the challenge is to turn heterogeneous career data into useful signals for our users.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean and structure datasets coming from profiles, job offers and training catalogs.
- Design and evaluate matching and recommendation models, in French and in English.
- Work with the product team to integrate models into concrete features, and measure their impact.
- Document experiments, datasets and modeling choices, in a reproducible way.
- Take part in discussions on data quality, privacy and potential model bias.
Who we are looking for
- Background in data science, statistics, applied mathematics or engineering, master level preferred.
- Strong Python skills, comfortable with usual libraries, pandas, scikit learn, and at least one experience with language models.
- Solid SQL fundamentals, at ease with data exploration and visualization.
- Product curiosity, you like to understand the end use before optimizing a metric.
- Professional English, French is a plus.
