Our story
Traject brings together people who have spent their careers in recruitment, some on the technology side with ATS and AI, others at the core of human resources. On the ground, we have watched the job market grow more sophisticated, while candidates remain largely under prepared for processes that keep getting more demanding.
That contrast became our starting point. With Traject, we wanted to build a tool that stands on the candidate's side, one that lets them prepare seriously, understand the rules of the game and maximise their chances. A tool designed by people who know exactly what recruiters look at, and who turn that knowledge into an advantage for those looking for their next role.
