Lead Analytics Engineer
The Lead Analytics Engineer leads the analytics engineering team, defines the data strategy and architecture, establishes standards and governance, manages the analytics stack, mentors the team, and partners with leadership on data-driven decisions. They are responsible for the entire data transformation layer at organizational level.

- Define, model and maintain data pipelines
- Build dashboards and business KPIs
- Ensure data quality, consistency and freshness
- Analyze user behavior to drive product decisions
- Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into data
- Document the data model and ETL flows
- Set up and evolve the data warehouse
