Junior Scrum Master
The Junior Scrum Master facilitates Scrum ceremonies, helps remove impediments and supports the team in adopting agile practices. Assists the Product Owner, tracks sprint metrics, and contributes to continuous improvement of the agile process.

- Run agile ceremonies (daily, planning, review, retro)
- Remove team blockers and facilitate collaboration
- Measure and improve velocity and delivery quality
- Coach the team on agile practices
- Bridge between the team and management
- Maintain the backlog and steering indicators
- Communicate progress and blockers
