Last updated: May 13, 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern the contractual relationship between:

AIGENZ, SAS with a share capital of 100 euros, headquartered at Office 326, 59 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 943 738 088, represented by Ismael Ouamlil as President (hereinafter "Traject" or "the Provider"),

And any natural or legal person subscribing to the services offered on www.traject.so (hereinafter "the Customer" or "the User").

These T&Cs apply to any subscription to Traject services. Subscribing implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

These T&Cs are available at any time on www.traject.so and shall prevail over any other version or conflicting document.

2. Description of Services

2.1 Nature of Services

Traject is a SaaS (Software as a Service) career-assistance platform built for job seekers, employees and freelancers. The features available across the Traject Free, Traject Prepare and Traject Launch plans are grouped into the following services:

  • Target roles — definition and tracking of one or several target roles depending on the subscribed plan (1 on Free, 3 on Traject Prepare, 5 on Traject Launch).
  • Readiness and AI Resilience diagnostics — market data per role (offer volume, salaries, in-demand skills), personalised Readiness score, and AI Resilience score against automation.
  • Learning / Upskilling plan — generation of a structured plan to close skill gaps (hard skills, soft skills, certifications) tailored to the target role.
  • Interview questions — bank of questions targeted by role and seniority, sorted by category (technical, behavioural, leadership, negotiation), with answer tips.
  • Resume Builder — multi-version resume creation tailored to the role and the job ad, optimised for ATS (Applicant Tracking System), exportable to PDF.
  • Job applications management — applications-management module with 4 synchronised views (Table, Kanban, Dashboard analytics, Network/Relations).
  • Network management — professional-network management module with 4 synchronised views (Table, Kanban, Dashboard analytics, Network/Relations).

The detailed feature breakdown and limits per plan are available on the Pricing page.

2.2 Service Evolution

Traject reserves the right to evolve platform features, add new ones or remove some. In case of substantial modification affecting main features, Customers will be notified with 30 days notice.

2.3 Availability

Traject commits to providing a service accessible 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance operations which will, where possible, be performed outside business hours and announced in advance.

3. Subscription and User Account

3.1 Account Creation

Access to services requires creating a user account on www.traject.so. The Customer agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3.2 Credentials

Login credentials are personal and confidential. The Customer is responsible for their safekeeping and any use made of them. In case of loss or theft, the Customer must immediately inform Traject.

3.3 Access Conditions

Traject services are reserved for adults with legal capacity to contract. For legal entities, the subscriber must have the necessary powers to bind the company.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

4.1 Plans and Pricing

Traject offers a Traject Free plan in the form of a 14-day free trial, no credit card required, accessible immediately upon signup. After the 14-day trial, access to paid features requires subscription to a paid plan. Two paid plans are available, billable monthly or as a 3-month pack (with a 30% discount):

  • Traject Prepare — €12 incl. VAT / month on monthly billing, or €25.20 incl. VAT for 3 months on the quarterly pack (i.e. €8.40 incl. VAT / month).
  • Traject Launch — €19 incl. VAT / month on monthly billing, or €39.90 incl. VAT for 3 months on the quarterly pack (i.e. €13.30 incl. VAT / month).

All prices are listed in euros, including all taxes (VAT included), on www.traject.so and on the Pricing page. The prices that apply are those in effect at the time of subscription.

4.2 Price Changes

AIGENZ reserves the right to modify prices at any time. New prices apply to new subscriptions. For active subscriptions, any change will be notified to the Customer with 30 days notice and will apply at the next renewal.

4.3 Payment Methods

Paid plans are billed by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). No other payment method (SEPA direct debit, bank transfer, cheque) is accepted for consumer subscriptions.

Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS-certified payment service provider. AIGENZ does not store any card data on its own servers.

4.4 Billing Frequency

At checkout, the Customer chooses one of two billing periods:

  • Monthly: the card is charged each month on the subscription anniversary date.
  • Quarterly (3-month pack): single charge for 3 months of service, with a discount compared with the cumulative monthly price. Automatic renewal every 3 months.

No annual plan is offered at this time.

4.5 Payment Default

If a charge fails, access to paid features is automatically suspended and the account falls back to the Free plan until the outstanding amount is paid. A retry may be attempted. In case of persistent default, late-payment penalties at the legal rate may apply, together with a fixed €40 collection fee.

4.6 Invoicing

An electronic invoice is issued for each payment and accessible from the customer area. It is also emailed to the address provided at signup.

5. Duration and Renewal

5.1 Contract Duration

Paid subscriptions (Traject Prepare, Traject Launch) are taken out for an indefinite period, with a minimum commitment matching the chosen billing cycle: 1 month for monthly, 3 months for the quarterly pack.

5.2 Renewal

Unless terminated under the conditions set out in Article 6, the subscription automatically renews for successive periods of the same duration as the initial period, by charging the saved credit card.

5.3 14-Day Free Trial Period

The Traject Free plan is a 14 calendar days free trial, accessible immediately and without a credit card upon signup. The trial provides access to Traject features with defined limits (1 active target role, partial data, demo CV without download, 5 applications and 5 contacts in the cockpit), sufficient to evaluate the value of the service.

At the end of the 14 days,

  • If the Customer has subscribed to a paid plan (Traject Prepare or Traject Launch) before expiry, they enjoy uninterrupted full access to the corresponding features.
  • If no subscription has been made, the account is automatically suspended. Customer data (profile, applications, contacts, generated CVs) is kept for 30 days, during which the Customer can reactivate the account by subscribing to a paid plan.
  • Beyond 30 days without subscription, the data is irreversibly deleted, save legal retention obligations.

The Traject Prepare and Traject Launch plans do not come with any additional trial period beyond the 14 days of Traject Free, since Traject Free already serves as the evaluation period.

Subscribing to a paid plan during or after the trial triggers immediate billing and immediate access to premium features.

6. Termination, Money-Back Guarantee and No-Refund Policy

6.1 Termination by Customer

The Customer may terminate their subscription at any time from their customer area or by contacting customer service at: contact@traject.so

Termination takes effect:

  • Monthly subscription: at the end of the month already paid for.
  • Quarterly pack: at the end of the 3-month cycle already paid for.

The account is then automatically downgraded to the Free plan, without deletion of user data.

6.2 Evaluation Period Prior to Payment

Given the digital nature of the services and the immediate delivery of value-bearing content as soon as the Customer upgrades to a paid plan, no commercial money-back guarantee is offered on the paid Traject Prepare and Traject Launch plans.

Customers are invited to make full use of the 14-day free trial of the Traject Free plan (Article 5.3) to evaluate the value of the service before any paid subscription.

6.3 No Refund After Paid Subscription

Beyond a paid subscription, and given the digital nature of the services and the immediate delivery of value-bearing content (targeted interview questions, upskilling plans, Readiness and AI Resilience diagnostics, market data, resume templates, etc.), no refund will be issued, neither in full nor pro-rata, for the current billing period, whether monthly or quarterly. The Customer acknowledges they have been informed of this no-refund policy at the time of subscription, as well as of the prior 14-day free trial.

6.4 Termination by AIGENZ

AIGENZ reserves the right to terminate the subscription in case of:

  • Serious breach by the Customer of contractual obligations
  • Repeated payment failure after reminders left unanswered
  • Fraudulent or abusive use of the services
  • Behaviour contrary to the Terms of Use

Termination takes effect immediately after notification to the Customer, without prejudice to any damages AIGENZ may claim.

6.5 Effects of Termination

Upon effective termination, access to paid features is interrupted. The account is downgraded to the Free plan. The Customer's data (career path, applications, training tracking, etc.) remains accessible within the limits of the Free plan. If the Customer requests full account deletion, their data is deleted within 30 days, save legal retention obligations. The Customer may request a full data export prior to deletion.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts supplying digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and where the consumer has expressly waived their right of withdrawal.

By subscribing to a paid Traject Prepare or Traject Launch plan, the Customer expressly requests immediate performance of the contract in order to access without delay the digital content delivered by Traject (targeted interview questions, upskilling plans, Readiness and AI Resilience diagnostics, market data, resume templates, etc.). The Customer acknowledges having been informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal as a result, and expressly accepts this waiver.

The Traject Free plan, accessible without a credit card from signup, offers a 14-day free trial that lets any prospective user test Traject's main features before any paid subscription. This trial period serves as the prior evaluation period in lieu of a commercial money-back guarantee.

8. Customer Obligations

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information upon registration and keep it up to date
  • Comply with the Terms of Use
  • Not use services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to Traject systems
  • Not share login credentials with third parties
  • Respect Traject intellectual property rights
  • Inform Traject of any unauthorized use of their account

9. Liability and Warranties

9.1 Traject Liability

Traject commits to providing services with diligence and according to industry standards. However, Traject cannot be held liable for:

  • Temporary service interruption for maintenance or force majeure
  • Inappropriate use of services by the Customer
  • Decisions made by the Customer based on information provided by the platform

9.2 Warranties

Traject warrants that services will be provided in accordance with described specifications. In case of non-conformity, Traject commits to correcting the malfunction as soon as possible.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

In any event, Traject's liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by the Customer for the subscription for the last 12 months.

10. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Traject platform (texts, graphics, software, photographs, images, videos, sounds, plans, names, logos, trademarks, creations and various protectable works, databases, etc.) as well as the site itself are the exclusive property of AIGENZ or are used under license.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, translation or extraction, in whole or in part, by any process whatsoever, without prior written authorization from AIGENZ is strictly prohibited and would constitute counterfeiting sanctioned by articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

Subscribing grants the Customer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the services for the duration of the subscription.

11. Personal Data Protection

Personal data collected during subscription and use of services is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

For more information about the processing of your personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to T&Cs

Traject reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Applicable T&Cs are those in effect at the date of subscription.

In case of substantial modification, Customers will be notified by email with 30 days notice. Absence of objection within this period will constitute acceptance of the new T&Cs.

The most recent version of the T&Cs is available at any time on www.traject.so/cgv

13. Mediation and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge for amicable resolution of a dispute with Traject.

13.2 Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

In case of dispute and failing amicable agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

14. Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These T&Cs and the Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between Traject and the Customer.

14.2 Partial Nullity

If one or more provisions of these T&Cs are held invalid or declared as such under any law, regulation or court decision, the other provisions shall retain their full force and effect.

14.3 Non-Waiver

Failure by Traject to exercise at any time any of these T&Cs shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to exercise them subsequently.
